Byron and Byron was established in 1984 to supply a variety of hand-crafted and traditionally finished accessories by Orazio Gualtieri. The poles combine design and wood finishing techniques to produce a small range of classically decorative curtain poles. Byron & Byron is still turning out curtain poles, finials and accessories, gilded, painted and polished on site. The company has grown and so have the ranges of poles and finials. Production has become increasingly mechanized and sophisticated but there is still a high reliance on the skill and attention of a team of gilders and craftsmen.

The Byron & Byron range of curtain poles, finials, curtain holdbacks and brackets is extensive and includes ranges in different materials: wood, metal, perspex, leather. Wood poles can also be bespoke-painted to a colour of your choice. Moreover, Byron & Byron offer a range of bay window curtain pole solutions. The aesthetics can be traditional or contemporary depending about the interior’s character, whilst the quality craftsmanship remains. Ranges include: Havana, Skin leather Polmets, Utility, Plain, Halo, Baroque, Deco, New England Polmets, Oxides Polmets, Rope.
